1. Subscription Plans

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
✅ Refunds ARE granted in these cases:
- Accidental duplicate payment for the same plan
- Technical failure where the service was inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault
- Subscription purchased but account could not be activated due to a system error on our end
- First-time monthly subscribers requesting within 7 days (no prior refund history)
- Annual plan cancellation within 30 days — pro-rated amount for unused months
❌ Refunds are NOT granted for:
- Change of mind after 7 days of purchase
- Partial use of subscription period
- Accounts suspended due to violation of Terms of Service
- Renewals that were not cancelled before the billing date
- Features that were used during the subscription period
- Downgraded plans — no partial refunds for unused premium features
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Include: your registered email, order/transaction ID, payment date, amount, reason for refund request.

Our team will verify your request and eligibility based on this policy.

Refund Processing (7–10 business days)
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing time may vary.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under Settings → Subscription.
- Cancellation stops future billing immediately
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- Cancellation alone does not constitute a refund request — you must separately submit a refund request if eligible
5. Payment Gateway
All payments on Azolve are processed through Cashfree Payments (a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway). Refunds are initiated by Azolve Infotech Private Limited and processed through the same gateway back to your original payment method.
We do not store your card or UPI details — all payment data is handled securely by Cashfree Payments.
6. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us immediately at connect@azolve.io before filing a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and resolve legitimate disputes promptly.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension pending investigation.
